For me, it looks too simple and that is what teams should avoid. Jerseys or uniforms of any kind of sports team should be a bit colorful so that it is much easier to determine from what team they are. Especially for American Football teams because the field is too big and not all of the audiences will be able to determine what team has the ball when they go to farther sides of the court.
